Members should be aware that at no time will the Exchange ever ask you for your account log in password. You should keep this information secure.
If you receive an email asking you to submit personal information such as your password and credit card details do not respond to it but forward that email to the Exchange.
We have had no recorded instances of such 'spoof' emails todate but believe it is prudent to remind all members to keep all their information secure.
