Book to Book Transfers - Matchbook and Pinnacle

Matchbook

To complete a transfer between your Matchbook account and your Tradesports account (in either direction) please email both help@tradesports and accounts@matchbook.com with the following details:

  1. Your full name
  2. Matchbook account ID
  3. Tradesports account ID
  4. The amount you wish to transfer
Please note that $5,000.00 is the maximum amount you may transfer. Transfers can take up to 24-hours to be completed, and may not be processed during weekends.

Pinnacle

To make a transfer from Pinnacle to Tradesports please complete the following steps:

  1. Contact Pinnacle and request Tradesport (our Pinnacle account ID) be added to your transfer list (this only needs to be done once)
  2. Login to your Pinnacle account, visit the Cashier page and make an Account-to-Account transfer to Tradesport
  3. Email help@tradesports.com and let us know you have made the transfer. Your Tradesports account will then be credited.
To make a transfer from Tradesports to Pinnacle please complete the following steps:
  1. Email help@tradesports.com and advise your Pinnacle account ID. This will be added to our transfer list (can take up to 24-hours). This step only needs to be completed once ? you can then proceed straight to Step 2 each time you want to make a transfer.
  2. Email help@tradesports.com with the transfer amount and your Pinnacle ID. We will then process the transfer for you and advise when completed.
Please note that transfers can take up to 24-hours to be completed, and may not be processed during weekends.
